The terms environmentally conscious and climate-conscious are used very often, as we are preoccupied with the challenges of climate change and the possibilities of solving them every day. However, the concepts are often confused, and the underlying content is also diverse. To remedy this, the educational working group of the Hungarian Association of Environmentally Conscious Construction (HuGBC) has developed an online curriculum entitled The Basics of Environmentally Conscious Construction with the involvement of renowned experts. The association is confident that both newly graduated and already practicing professionals will be enriched with new knowledge and ideas that can be incorporated into their work and utilized well.

“This online training is an in-service training material that thoroughly covers topics related to environmentally conscious and sustainable design, construction and operation, and provides detailed information on each discipline,” says Zsombor Barta, President of HuGBC, Sustainability Expert. "Each material has been compiled and sold by professionals with extensive experience in the field, ensuring that those interested are guaranteed up-to-date information."

Extremely user-friendly, consisting of 12 sessions, each with approx. 90-minute mp4 format presentations with visual and audio material can be mastered by those interested in the most suitable way and time. The training material is structured in such a way that they are individually suitable for processing and comprehension.
According to Mária Szentesi, HuGBC Vice President, Architect, Head of Technical and Product Development at Saint-Gobain Hungary Kft.'s RIGIPS Divisions, Head of HuGBC's Education Working Group: But I wholeheartedly recommend watching and mastering all the videos, as the entire body of knowledge gives a comprehensive picture of the current situation of environmentally conscious construction and its potential. ”
