With a renewed look, new content, online administration.An important task of BÉK is that its appearance and image as a public body should reflect not only its “official” but also its professional and community goals. Although the graphic image elements used since the establishment of the chamber perfectly expressed its area of competence and referred to its official nature, they could no longer satisfy the requirements of today's digital world, they did not allow for use on all means of communication. The redesign and programming of the visual appearance was completed in accordance with the introduced new graphic image. With this, the development of the website and the services available there has once again reached a milestone. But let's see what happened on the road so far! The implementation of the elements of the new image appearance selected through the tender on communication surfaces was the task of 2019, within the framework of which the paper-based and digital appearances of BÉK were renewed (eg business card, stationery, envelope, stamp, nameplate, marketing materials, website). .This was followed by the further development of the website, which mainly included new content development (eg the possibility to fill in an online form), in addition, the background work on the user experience development was completed. In 2020, the new content created on the website in 2019 also appeared publicly and their use became available to everyone. In May 2020, the on-line administration was launched, which allows practitioners to manage their official contacts more quickly and easily. In the meantime, the unexpected emergency situation and the introduction of curfew, as well as the consequent temporary suspension of personal reception, made the service in demand within a short time, and its application is widespread. Today, after logging in, you can view the completed trainings, check the registered personal and contact data, as well as review the financial records, for which the issued invoice can also be downloaded at any time. You can also submit an application online after logging in, by filling in the form that appears on the interface quickly and easily. No separate registration is required to use e-administration.
