Company register - What can I use it for?
According to the relevant provisions of the Chamber Act (LVIII of 1996), enterprises (including companies regardless of their legal form or sole proprietors) whose main activity is the engineering or architectural activity specified in the Act, must also initiate company registration in the national, uniform company register kept by the Chamber of Hungarian Architects - after the official company registration and registration as an individual entrepreneur.
The registration of the company takes place electronically, during which the data sheet prepared electronically on the basis of the data recorded by the applicant must be sent to the regional chamber competent according to the registered office of the company. The regional chamber issues a certificate of activation of the registration, which includes the registration number (C-xx-xxxx)
